How to Become a Stand-Up Comedian
If you can tell humorous and funny jokes on the dinner table and can set your friends rolling on the floor, then its time you took your habit seriously. Yes! It’s time to be serious about your jokes. You can become a stand-up comedian and maybe even work the best stages in the country as a comedian with The Comedy Club.
Test your content in front of different audiences. Sometimes, your friends may laugh endlessly on a performance but the same performance may fail to produce even a smile in front of the strangers. It is important to deliver the right jokes in the right manner in front of right kind of people. Learn about your audience and you deliver the best performance! Many comedians keep their material in a narrow band but have a wide range of funny material and your comedy act will be able to adapt to many more comedy clubs, corporate events and different stand up situations.
If you would like to become a stand-up comedian on the UK comedy circuit with The Comedy Club Ltd email your details to info@hahaheehee.com and we will add you to our comedians database packed with thousands of the UK’s top comedians.

hi,
I’m a stand up comedian who is a first timer and I was actually wandering if I could leave college and do this full time. The problem is that all your clubs are down south and I’m from Bradford without a car. People always tell me that I’m the next Dara o briain. But I don’t know if that’s a compliment about my comady or wether they’re calling me a fat Irish man! (It’s strange because I’m actually a built up Asian guy!!)
My dream would be to perform live at the Appollo with my favourite comedian, who funnily enough is Dara o briain.
