   Please can you pass on our thanks to Rudi Lickwood for his great work at our Comics Carnal Knowledge event last night organised through yourselves. The audience really enjoyed the evening and seemed to have as much fun as the panellists.

   Thank you for providing Phil Butler for our event, he was spot on. He wasn’t too crude but balanced the performance nicely. I think Phil was great, very funny.

   When are you going to get John Mann back at Chelmsford, He is easily the best compere at the club but we hardly ever see him. Is he going to be on at any of your clubs soon ?

   I’ll never book a comedian from anyone else again and that’s a promise. Everyone made it sound so tricky but you quoted very competitively and Brian was a breeze to book. Everyone laughed and Brian (Higgins) was a great choice, please thank him once again for me.

   Will call during the week as I need to organise entertainment for a works do now.

    You booked Ronnie Edwards as one of the pro guests at The Mouth Cancer Voice Awards this afternoon and he was very, very funny. I hadn’t seen him before and he had me laughing and wishing that I’d seen him loads.

    I’m looking to book a comedian for a farewell dinner to one of my employees. I’ve never hired a comedian before but it would suit this occassion down to a T.

    What advice can you give me on which comedians i should be looking at? We are a mixture of young and old at the business and just don’t want to get this wrong.

    Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Roger, I can’t speak for the comedy club but take a look at either Kevin McCarthy, Phil Butler, or if you’re feeling brave then you can’t beat the mr raymond and timpkins revue.

    I’ve booked them all through the comedy club and on here again to see who to book for the next night coming up. See what they say though, you’ll have an answer on here pretty quickly.

    It would be a choice between Martin Beaumont and Colin Cole for me. Their both the classic ‘comedians comedian’ though so you can’t go wrong with either.

    Just hope the availability works out for you. K.M
