We used to run our comedy club with another large named comedy club, phone calls weren’t answered or messages returned and we were never in the loop.
Since moving to The Comedy Club we have never looked back. We’re the first to hear of all developements and are regularly kept imformed by an organised team. The press coverage, advertising advise and comedians have all been superb since day one. Great team, great company, great shows.
Thanks again,

The Comedy Club isn’t the market leader for no reason. The level of service and quality of product is so much higher than the other providers i tried. My custmomers could tell i stepped the quality up and it’s got much busier since.
Very professional and it shows in their package. thanks guys.

The Comedy Club team,
Would just like to say thank you for a fantastic night. I only wanted a one off to run the night as a tester for my customers and the comedy club were more than obliging. As for the test night, it was packed! The crowd was great, loads of faces i hadn’t seen before and we all thought the comedians and the comedy club were fantastic.
Thank you so much for a great experience. I’ll be in touch to start up an run of shows in 2008.

Once again we had a lot of positive feedback from people before they came (ie, they have heard from other people, etc). Overall, these were probably the most successful shows in Zug and Zurich so far (Nov 07) - Zug was sold out and people were buying returns at the door!
Thanks again for all your help. Andaleeb.

The Comedy Club - I’ve got to agree with what you’ve written above. Hats off to your marketing guys and girls, the flyers and press you provided and secured for my event really gave it the push my other comedy nights had lacked.
Just goes to show that for a little extra you get so much more.
I’m happy to be a reference.
Thanks for a fantastic night

‘Hi Andy, (Comedy Club)
Huge thanks for the Comedy Club we booked last month. The feedback from the regulars was great and the night pulled in a lot of new faces too. The compere and both the comedians who did their sets really did the trick, i’ll definitely go for full Comedy Club branding in my advertising for the next show.
You’ve been a great help and you’ve shown you know exactly what people want, can’t wait for the next night.
Best regards,
Paul

Hi Andy,
Just a quick note on last night’s show.
Brendan Riley: smashing bloke, did very well to get them all warmed up and ran the show excellently
Josh Howie: excellent, almost too good for the audience if that makes sense?
Rudi Lickwood: for me, the best act I’ve seen down here so far - a legend.
All in all, a very good show!
Thanks
Andrew

Our first ever comedy night with The Comedy Club proved there is a real market for comedy in the area. With such a strong response from the first show we’re very pleased.
Thanks, Paul.

Hi
I wonder if you can help me please?
I run a sports and social club and have been thinking of hosting a comedy night for my members and their family/friends.
I am just a bit worried that the type of material some comedians use may offend some of our more “sensitive” members. Then of course I would get the blame and not be very popular. Is there any way round this? i.e. how do I know which acts would be suitable for my venue and it’s very mixed audience?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards
Carol

We held a night with the comedy club and wanted exactly the same type of comedians. They booked Phil Butler as the headlining act and he was brilliant, really balanced it well and judged the night. I spoke to Ian and Andy when i called but i’m sure anyone can help just as well.

Hi Carol, Thanks for getting in touch, i’m sure we can help. Your concern with the content of our shows is a perfectly reasonable one but I can assure you we can book exactly the right comics for your events. From one end of the spectrum to another, we run nights aimed at audiences 12+ to the famous men’s working clubs, and all with great success. Our experience in booking comedians and holding shows in a wide variety of venues puts us in a great situation to provide you the best night, with the biggest laughs.
If you would like to see a sample of the comedians we use for the more ’sensitive’ audiences, please contact us by email and we will be in touch with a range of suggestions. You’ll be more than pleasantly surprised at the range of choice there is. Best regards, The Comedy Club Ltd 08700 425656

I agree, Phil Butler’s one of the best acts for a night like this but there are loads more. Acts booked to our gig that i think would be great are ones like Terry Alderton, Harvey Oliver, John Ryan, Geoff Norcott, Rudi Lickwood - the list just goes on.
The Comedy Club say they’re the most trusted and they really are Carol.
Hope you have a great night.

Dear Sir/Madam
We had a great time at your margate venue on Friday and just wanted to say thank you. The theatre really needed a show like this to get new people in to help it survive, and you have come up trumps with the show. I always listen out for the radio interviews and is nice to learn a bit about the comedians before they come down.
I have always followed performing arts and supported the theatre, it was such a shame the way it was headed before the comedy club came along. You say about breathing life back into venues and the Theatre Royal is a testiment to this, i just wish they ran fortnightly!
Kind regards,
Miss Foxton from Broadstairs

I totally agree!! Matt Welcome was one of the best comedians i have ever seen and thought he was brilliant : ). Such a great atmosphere in the proper old theatre opposed the watching a show in a bar in town.
Great move Comedy Club.

I just wanted to say thank you for arranging our evening last Friday - it was thoroughly enjoyed by all those who came on the night.
I am only sorry that as we are closing down there wont be a repeat event!!
The three comedians, Danny, Dave and Gerry were very nice guys who all contributed to the success of the night.
Thanks again,
