I am only sorry that as we are closing down there wont be a repeat event!! The three comedians, Danny, Dave and Gerry were very nice guys who all contributed to the success of the night. Matt Welcome was one of the best comedians i have ever seen and thought he was brilliant : ). Such a great atmosphere in the proper old theatre opposed the watching a show in a bar in town. The theatre really needed a show like this to get new people in to help it survive, and you have come up trumps with the show. I always listen out for the radio interviews and is nice to learn a bit about the comedians before they come down. I have always followed performing arts and supported the theatre, it was such a shame the way it was headed before the comedy club came along. Matt was gd but Harvey has such a style to him, it rly makes th night when he closes. Always hav fun with th joke competition 2, our table got 2 th final vote off with th whole room cheering, then our joke got boo'd at the final count! So close yet so far!
