I saw The Comedy Club on TV last year - anything else in the pipeline? Following the success of our ‘Funny Business’ documentary on BBC3 in 2006, the BBC commissioned a further 4-part series - filmed in 2007 and broadcast in Jan/Feb 2008. Hi there,
I run a bar in Brick Lane and have never had such a great entertinment provider as you. I wanted to try something different, away from the usual theme nights and a comedy club seemed to fit the bill perfectly.
Basically i want to say thank you. Your advise and expertise lead me to run your comedy club on Wednesday nights and the bar’s never been so busy. The service and branding you provide backed up with the quality of comedians is second to none, I’m attracting new faces and they’re even coming in on the friday and saturday nights as well.

I don’t run a venue but i watch a lot of comedy and know a good line-up when i see one. I was at your Leatherhead venue the other day and throught you really pulled it out the bag!

Just a quick note to let you know we had a great Comedy night last night, all three comedians were really good and I think the audience really enjoyed it. Please pass on my thanks to all three, I didn’t get a chance to say goodbye to Tony (Gerrard) but he was fantastic.
So thank you, I’ve got just over a month now to spread the word for our next shows but I’m raring to go.

since moving my comedy nights from another lot to the Comedy Club i’ve quickly learned what a comedy club should be. I’m recognising faces from the telly at my night more than ever and my punters are lapping it up.
I know Comedy’s a personal taste but i had no idea just how many people would have been coming along if i’d only come to you sooner.

I’m not in a position right now to start my own venue but i can say hand on heart that these comedians are the best out there. I’ve been to quite a few comedy shows in and around Essex and the bill never gets better than at one of these clubs.
Anyone else out there back me up on this one?

I’m in Essex as well and have tried all the comedy club nights in billericay, southend and chelmsford, i’ve just seen they’ve started one in rainham too, but £45 is a bit much for me. For all the others you just pay 10 or 12 quid and laugh for 2 hours! 
I always ask to sit near the front too, adds a bit of danger to the night when you’re playing the joke competition.
Maybe I’ve seen you? When are you going next? :D

Having been presented with the choice of The Comedy Package or just the booking service, i’m pleased to say i’m delighted we chose the package.
Press coverage has been superb and getting a mention on regional radio was priceless. That really helped us pull the punters in and it all continued inside our club with the banner and show materials.
What you provide is far over and above any other comedy promoter and we were very happy with the price for the service too.

What a great night for the pub. We had about 65 in a couldn’t fit another body in the pub. The comedians were very good and right on budget, everyone in the audience had a great time. I’ll definately be using your booking service again.

What a show! Ticket sales were up AGAIN on our last show. Running them fortnightly has really worked for us here and we’re already looking forward to our next show.
