Brian Higgins set off on an adventure and a half in September as he began performing his first cruise of the Caribbean. Far from entertaining pirates Brian was welcomed with cheers and saluted off with waves off applause, a success anticipated by many!

Good news on the home front as well as The Comedy Club launched a new club in Colchester at Root bar. Giving all those people in east Essex a real chance to see some of the UK’s finest stand-up comedians, in a particularly lively venue in one of Colchester’s hot-spots!

Tanyalee Davis stormed the Abnormally Funny People show in Edinburgh this month, we knew she would! Over in England for a stint before returning home in the US, we’re so proud to have exclusive UK representation of this very special midget and always look forward to her time this side of the Atlantic. Tanyalee is a talent to behold and globally recognised as a supreme master of physical punctuation, simply brilliant!

Rudi Lickwood was the next star performing in the summer festivals with his outstanding performance at The Cambridge Comedy Festival. Fresh from his TV warm up for the National Lottery with Eamon Holmes, Rudi was firing on all cylinders ensuring his is certain to come back and hit the Festival stage again in 2006.
